Department Policies

1. You must adhere to the Foundation Codex at all times.

2. Restocking on empty public or private servers is prohibited. A public server is considered non-empty when there are 3 or more players. 

3. Damaging or interfering with department property (e.g., shooting fuse boxes) is not allowed. 

4. Purposely emptying shop stock or vending machines is forbidden and is not allowed on other teams either. 

5. Any attempt to disrupt department operations will result in disciplinary action.

6. Going AFK while on duty is not permitted. If you must step away, open the menu so you are no longer on the team. 

7. Immaturity should be kept to a minimum. Light humor is fine, but avoid being rude or disruptive. Maturity expectations are enforced by MRs and HRs, particularly during rallies and other department meetings or events. 

8. Crates must be handled properly. Do not stack them incorrectly, use them for inappropriate builds, or toss them around. All crates must be placed on the shelves or in the locations they are designated for.

1. Advertising is strictly forbidden. This includes both in-server and DM advertising. 

2. Racism, bigotry, and discrimination are prohibited. 

3. NSFW content is not allowed. This includes blurred or partially censored images. 

4. Spamming or excessive pinging is not tolerated. Use channels appropriately. 

5. Use channels for their intended purpose. Misusing them for off-topic messages or unrelated content is not allowed.

6. Follow all instructions directed towards you by Expert Technician or higher. If an instruction conflicts with the Foundation Codex or the Guidelines, do not carry it out and report it immediately.

7. Be respectful at all times. Toxic behavior, arguments, or targeting others in any way, shape, or form is prohibited. 

8. Follow Discord’s Community Guidelines at all times.

Please do note that use of any racial slur, derogatory language towards a culture, or toxiticy will result in an immediate termination of your employement within our department. We stive to create a safe and welcoming community for everyone.

Every employee must follow rules of the main communications server, as they also extend to departments and we are no exception. Those rules may not be said here, however you still may receive a disciplinary punishment for violating them. Violations that are classified Major there have own enfocement policy about which you can read here.

1. Employees must avoid confrontation or unnecessary engagements in disputes.

2. Employees must maintain a respectful tone with all other personnel.

3. Employees must respect all other personnel, which obviously includes your fellow co-workers.
